If this is temporary issue just do the demand refresh again(4 to 5 times) it will sort. Still after doing 5 times refresh still issue exist then you need increase connection time out in pbix file where they have return runtime queries by going to power query editor. The red higlighted area or create View of runtime query used in pbix or Check any other parrallel scripts running while refreshing stop and refresh.
